Many travel agents find Instagram Stories a great way to share photos and videos from cruises, ship inspections, and other travel events with their cruise-minded followers!

Twitter recently announced changes to the tweeting world! Users can now share links and photos in a Tweet without using those precious 140 characters. So be sure to attach a beautiful photo of a cruise ship next time you tweet!

When sharing on social media, make sure to remember you're engaging in a conversation with your followers. Too many posts about the latest deals or updates on your business won't spark the social conversation as much as sharing an interesting cruise article or encouraging your followers to share their favorite cruise photo.
It's impossible to be everywhere and do it all well. When a new social network pops up, don't feel pressured to join right away. Focus on a few core platforms to engage with your audience. It's better to have a robust presence on 3 networks than have a scattered one across 20.
